If a leave of absence is necessary, please inform the Language Center one hour before the class. If you want to make a sick leave, please inform the Language Center before the class.
1. A certificate is required for absence more than 3 days.
The Absence Form should sign by the teacher and send back to the Language Center by the students. All the procedure should finish within two weeks.
