What is a “Financial Statement”? What do I do if I don’t have a personal bank account?

A financial statement is the official document issued by the bank that clear states your bank balance. The original copy of your financial statement that has at least US$ 3,000 is required. If you don’t have your own bank account and your parents will support your tuition and living expenses during your study in Taiwan, please submit a letter with his/her signature and the original copy of his/her financial statement.
