Quarter Programs & Intensive Group Class:::

Students will be placed
in four different levels: beginner, basic, intermediate, and advanced, based on
their Chinese abilities at the beginning of the course. The focus will be on developing
students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Multimedia will be incorporated
into courses for better teaching and learning performance.
Quarter Programs
The course outline is subject to change based on students' Chinese abilities. Spring, Summer, and Fall Quarter will last for 12 weeks; Winter Quarter will last for 6 or 10 weeks. Students should take courses at 16~20 hours every week. The important dates for 2017~2018 Quarter Programs and Intensive Group Class are shown below:

ii.10-week course.
★For prospective students, if 168-hour Chinese courses from CYUT Language Center are completed in advance of getting admitted to CYUT, two required Chinese courses can be waived.
