參加對象Participants
本校境外學生。分為個人組與團體組，團體組每組人數不得超過4人。每人在團體組只得參加一隊；但可以同時報名個人組與團體組各一次。All international students at Chaoyang. The contest is divided into two categories: individual event and team event. In team event, no more than 4 members in each team. Students can join only one team, however, you could participate in both individual event and team event.

報名方式Register
於103年3月14日(五)前至語言中心報名，並繳交歌詞及背景音樂電子檔。Fill up register form in Language Center and submit required documents (mp3 file of music without vocal and electronic file of lyric) before Friday, March 14, 2014.

評分標準Judging Criteria
華文咬字、發音 25%Language / Pronunciation 25%
歌唱技巧 50%Musicality 50%
台風、服裝、創意 25%Onstage performance, outfit, reativity 25%

獎勵辦法另行公告Awards would be announce later.

初賽個人組參賽者演唱時間以1分鐘為限，團體組參賽者演唱時間以1分半為限。
In Preliminary Contest, each participant of Individual Event should performs 1 minute; while Team Event should perform 1.5 minutes.
